1. Returns Eligibility We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods

3. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack Your Return: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation and the RMA number inside the package.
  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).

4. Return Shipping Costs Unless the return is due to an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.00, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds and Exchanges Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
